The larger 5 acres of garden contains many varieties of fruit trees including walnut, fig, peach, apple, apricot, cacchi (large persimmon), pomegranite, plum, cherry and loquat. This garden is shared with us, the owners, and we live in the adjacent house. We have some areas that are fenced off, where we grow a variety of organic vegetables.
Depending on the season and availability, guests can purchase fresh organic fruit and vegetables from our own grounds. As well our own organic olive oil picked by hand from our olive grove higher up the hill. Later on once we have built our hen house and installed some laying hens, we will have our own organic fresh eggs available.
We welcome our guests, explain how everything works and give advice on where to go to shop, eat and visit.
